1. Is the person driving the car a GM Trained Safety Driver?
2. Have you called Derek (226-218-5243) or Victoria (289-893-1513) and gotten approval? 
   1. If they do not answer, shoot them a text. They can call you back.
   2. If both Derek or Victoria unreachable, no go
   3. CALL EARLY, they might get back to you
3. Is there snow on the road?
   1. If yes, Does the car have snow tires?
4. Vehicle & Paperwork check:
   1. Did we check the four tires? (no flat tire)
   2. Did we check the lights? Break lights? Turn left/right signals?
   3. Did driver check mirrors (adjust in case of need), same for the driver seat.
   4. Do drivers have their driver licenses with them?
   5. Do we have the car papers? (ownership? /insurance?)
   6. Is the car's battery charged?
   7. Is the CAN cables unplugged / the CAN switch off?
5. Do I need to be taking this vehicle (for testing purposes, maintenance etc. //not for shopping)?
6. Who are the passengers?
7. Where are we going?
8. What are we testing?
9. What to do if you get pulled over?
