A project is a collection of activities that reaches a certain target.
It has a beginning and an end. "Business Divison" or "Perception" is
not a project - it does not have a beginning or an end. It is a group of
people. Here are some examples of projects:

All competition relation objectives should fall under the Year 3 Dynamic
Challenge Project. If it is unrelated to the Year 3 Dynamic Challenge,
it should be a separate project.

At WATonomous, we will define a program as a collection of projects. A program can be owned by a division or multiple divisions. This relationship can be represented in Big-Gantt. For example, the business program contains multiple projects that it is working on this term.
