Plan:
- Use ros_rqt plot to livestream real-time data onto screens within
the car
- Send (ROS bags?) to an external server where people can view the
data remotely
- The remote streaming of data will not be available when the car
is moving as there is no network access to wato-rugged while the
car is mobile

Main Server Metrics:
- Temperature of the CPU/GPU in Rugged
Main Car Metrics:
- Velocity of the car
- Steering Angle/Orientation of the car/Orientation of the steering
wheel
- Speed
- Acceleration
- Braking Speed
- Indicators
- Latitude/Longitude
Sensor Interfacing:
- Sensor Frequency
