What Went well? 

This term we were able to clean up all of the cabling in the car. This was an extremely important task as at the end of the fall term the new compute rack was put into the car. In addition, we were able to make able to start making progress on an electric test track dummy.

What didn't go well? 

We were not able to really work on the radars. Radars seem to be a task that we continue to drag along a lot unfortunately. Additionally, due to the corona virus we were not really to complete any of the remaining tasks. These tasks include the traffic lights, radars, blue light, test track dummy, etc.

Lessons Learned?

Need to better account for time lost during exams. We lost two to three weeks of development due to exams and reading week. Additionally, due to COVID we lost about one month of development as well. Hence in future terms it is very important that we come up with a better work plan during the exam period.
