This policy describes the meetings WATonomous' Leadership team are required to attend during our bi-weekly development cycles.
Each division has a management meeting where the managers and tech leads report to the director. The progress and blockers on OKRs are identified by updating the division gantt chart.
Meeting is kicked off by the Team captains running a retrospective on the past development cycle. WATO Board members meet to discuss and approve of high level WATonomous policies and procedures. Example: Discuss All-hands agenda.

Managers present their EOC reports about how the previous development cycle went, and the status (e.g. GREEN, YELLOW, RED).
