Important milestones for each mechanical development cycle is as
follows.
Watonomous operates on a 2 week development cycle that will end with
every Test Track visit on Sundays.

- Retrospective completed for previous development cycle
- Tickets assigned
Division Meeting 1 Milestones
Mechanical Management Meeting 1 Milestones

- Modify, delete, or add new OKRs as necessary.
WATO Wide Work Session Schedule planned
- Ticket created on WATO Integration session work board

- E.x. Perception wants to mount a new camera by Wednesday. (This
is an integration point between software and business. The
integration point should include a timeline ie need to know by
Wednesday)
Week 2
Group Meeting 2 Milestones
- Check up on tickets assigned
Division Meeting 2 Milestones
Test Track Infrastructure is ready to be taken to the Test Track,
based on the materials list on the Test Requests.
Sensors Mounting is correct with regards to what is needed for the
Test Requests.
- E.g. if you took off a camera to waterproof it, put it back on!

WATO Test Track Day
Infrastructure Setup, work with and direct the other Drive Crew
members to setup the Test Track Infrastructure materials that we brought
for our testing scenarios.
Todo list created for mechanical for the next development cycle
- For example: need to adjust the angle of the right camera, or need
to make a traffic light stand more bottom weighted because of heavy
winds.
