Important milestones for each mechanical development cycle is as follows.

Watonomous operates on a 2 week development cycle that will end with every Test Track visit on Sundays.

  1. E.x. Perception wants to mount a new camera by Wednesday. (This is an integration point between software and business. The integration point should include a timeline ie need to know by Wednesday)

Test Track Infrastructure is ready to be taken to the Test Track, based on the materials list on the Test Requests.

Sensors Mounting is correct with regards to what is needed for the Test Requests.

  1. E.g. if you took off a camera to waterproof it, put it back on!

  1. For example: need to adjust the angle of the right camera, or need to make a traffic light stand more bottom weighted because of heavy winds.
