We currently (Sept. 2019) have 3 main spreadsheets that keep track of 3 main resources.

• Inventory Sheet: All materials that we have in the Bay and the Garage are indexed in our inventory sheet.
• WATonomous Workstation Common Users Information: Everything you need to access any of WATO’s compute resources. Examples:

1. Users and passwords for the Rugged, wato1, wato2, wato3, etc…
2. IP addresses and users and passwords for the machines that host watonomous.ca and phabricator, etc…

• Master Contact Sheet: A huge sheet with the contact information of everyone who helps WATonomous. Examples:

1. Continental Radar technical contacts
2. UW IST support
3. Faculty Advisors
4. Etc...
