We aim to have regularly scheduled socials, funded by WATO, to encourage social bonding between members and make being part of WATO a bit more fun!
There should be multiple socials across multiple levels:

WATO socials

Organized by a Captain with Internal Affairs
Involves all WATO members
Monthly
Budget per term: $20 per person (approx. $1000 per term across all members)
Should start with an update on the state of WATO across all organizations, followed by a social event
Social event ideas: dinners, bubble tea / dessert, resume critiques, etc.

Team socials

Organized by Team Managers with Internal Affairs
Involved Director, Manager, Technical Leads and Core Members of a Team
Monthly
Budget per term: $60 per person (approx. $3000 per term across all members)
Social events ideas: dinners, bubble tea / dessert, laser tag, axe throwing, escape rooms, go-carting

Leadership socials

Organized by a Captain with Internal Affairs
Involves all Captains, Managers and Technical Leads
Monthly
Budget per term: $60 per person (approx. $900 per term across all leaders)
Social events ideas: dinners, bubble tea / dessert, laser tag, axe throwing, escape rooms, go-carting

Awards dinner

Organized once a term by the Captain
Involves nominated Core Members who have been recognized for their contribution to WATO; limited to 2 Core Members per team
Directors and Managers are invited
Budget per term: $20 per person (approx. $400 per term)
