Tasks were only delegated on the 23rd, towards the last days of cycle 0. I revised W20 OKRs as of Jan 30.

Retrospective

There seems to be a lot of issue following the Software Onboarding Tutorial, in particular getting Linux environments setup and ROS installed. I don't think anyone has a proper environment yet. I thought we streamlined this process? These tasks are serving as a strong deterrent and blocker for many core members (Jan 31). Work arounds in our code base will temporarily allow for non ROS environment work.
