Encountered issues with environment setup (OpenVino) which could not be solved - task has been suspended indefinitely.

Close to completed - there are a few bugs which need to be fixed. CI Integration file has been written.

[W20.O4] RViz

Good progress being made. Core member has taken time to learn RViz and is currently working with Charles to publish lane IDs.
