This page describes how to use your new WATO GSuite email address: rowan.dempster\@gmail.com
Basically, your new email address acts like any other email address you have every had: It is your ID for connections that mail clients make to interact with Google's mail server.
Which mail client you use is up to you, and there are many to choose from!
If you do not want to monitor another email account just for WATonomous, you can tell Google's mail server to forward all mail that comes into your WATO email to whatever mailbox you are already monitoring. WATonomous' GSuite Directory also has email accounts that refer to a specific group or function, instead of a specific individual. Some examples (and new WATO Shared Emails are always been created) are:
