\

Basic Setup

GSuite is best used in conjunction with Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/

To start, follow these instructions to add you WATO GSuite profile to Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2364824?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

Once you are logged in on Chrome, you are ready to start exploring the different GSuite tools outlined below!

Note that all the user guides below assume that you are logged into you WATonomous GSuite email on Chrome.

Using your WATonomous Email Address

At its most basic, your GSuite profile provides you with a new email address: rowan.dempster\@gmail.com

To learn more about how to use your new email address, read the GSuite Email User Guide.

Using your WATonomous Google Calendar

Another tool that your GSuite profile provides you with is a Google Calendar where you can view all of your WATonomous related events on.

To learn more about how to use your new email address, read the GSuite Google Calendar User Guide.

Using your WATonomous Shared Drives

WATonomous uses Shared Drives to store Google files (Docs, Sheets, Presentations, etc...) and share them with the team.

To learn more about how to use your new email address, read the GSuite Shared Drives User Guide.
